“Like it never even happened!”

I hope it’s OK to borrow that phrase from the cleaning company that uses it in their commercials.

I’m talking about the swift snow removal after our latest blessing from Mother Nature!

Since our street was rebuilt back in 2004 or so, we haven’t had a terrace, so the snow piles up rather quickly due to the plows clearing it off the street.

The good news is our Public Works folks get the job done during the night.  ...

Of course they’re not the only people that deserve praise. How about the police department and the doctors and nursing staff all around that are always ready to serve?  Utility workers also deserve kudos for getting out and doing what it takes during less than pleasant circumstances. ...

Now, how about our elected officials in Washington? It’s been over a year!

Isn’t it about time to stop bickering and get the job done they’re being paid well to do?

It should be time to pull up those “big boy and big girl” pants and get the job done! ...
