It’s time to let go.

Let Jackson, Mich., claim the Republican party. It is no longer the party of principles for the people but instead the party for principally the super wealthy.

Our senator, Ron Johnson, once stood on principle. He was first to oppose the tax reform bill (tax cut giveaway for the top-4 percent) because it added tremendously to the nations deficit.

But then came the provision lowering the tax on “pass-through” LLCs (Pacur). Now he’s all for it.

Sen. Bob Corker opposed for the same reason, then comes the “real estate exemption,” now he’s all for it as well. ...

Just who does Congress work for — the people or themselves? ...
