     ANYONE WHO SAYS THEY  just don’t have the energy to give back need only meet one person.

     Toni Kammer.

     She volunteers with her church’s vacation Bible school. She teaches Bible classes. She’s active at Russell Manor. She takes time to visit shut-ins around Ripon.

     Little time is wasted in Toni’s life, and Toni certainly is one to understand the value of time.

     After all, she’s turning 100 on Monday, Dec. 9.

     But age has never defined her desire, nor determined her ability, to help make the world around her a better place. ...
