David and Laurie Johnson, local owners of the Ripon Cousins Subs restaurant, were recognized by Cousins Subs for providing exceptional guest service.
This is the second consecutive year they have won this award since opening in 2010.
But, to do so, they didn’t just have the highest customer scores in the chain this year — they had the highest survey scores Cousins has ever had.
The Johnsons received the award at Cousin Subs’ annual meeting April 29 at the Wilderness Resort in the Wisconsin Dells.
Approximately 200 franchisees, corporate employees, vendors and guests were in attendance.
“Many store operators model and deliver exceptional service most of the time,” said John Krahn, manager of training for Cousins Subs. “The difference between the Johnsons and all other store operators who deliver great service is that David and Laurie are so incredibly consistent. Guests are always warmly welcomed to the store, informed of menu options, and delivered their food with a smile.”
The Guest Service Award was presented to a franchisee that has excelled in store appearance, guest service and food quality that keeps guests coming back.
