Thursdays are mind-watering days this summer at the Ripon Public Library.

Water color painting, part 1, is scheduled Thursday, July 15 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Silver Creek Room.

Rafael Salas, an art professor from Ripon College, will teach the first of two lessons on water color painting.

All of the supplies will be provided. Advanced registration is required for this event.

Meanwhile, Wednesdays are teen days at the library.

Mark your calendars for Make Waves: Solve a Murky Mystery.

On Wednesday, July 21 from 1 to 3 p.m., teens can come to the library for a water-themed murder mystery party. Snacks will be provided.

The teen summer reading program and all the teen events are free and open to teenagers, between the ages of 12 and 18.
