To the editor:

Editor’s note: this letter to the editor was received last week.

We both got our COVID vaccines yesterday. Today, just the usual minimal ache when you get a shot in your arm muscle. After seeing on TV all the problems people are having to get an appointment, we were impressed how efficiently they got us through at Ripon hospital. We didn’t have to wait in any lines as we’d preregistered. Including the 15 minutes we were required to wait in a sitting room to watch for side effects, the whole procedure took us less than a half hour. They’ve already scheduled for the second vaccine next month for us.

Ripon hospital deserves a pat on the back for the good caring people that work there and the services they provide for all of us.

Thank you for doing all you do.
