To the editor:

(Re: “Congressional Republicans are putting America in dangerous position,” March 26) Two weeks ago a letter was written to the Ripon Commonwealth wherein the author actually accused the congressman who wrote the letter to Iran of treason.

These congressmen wrote the letter because of the president’s continued covert discussions with Iran keeping congress ill informed about the deal with Iran. Did this letter denote a lack of trust in Obama? Why would these congressmen harbor any feelings of distrust for this administration?

How about, “If you like your doctor you can keep him, period.” “If you like your heath plan you can keep it, period.” The red line in the sand. Benghazi. Fast and Furious, etc. Where is there any truth here?

This administration continuously lies with no impunity. Why would anyone trust them? ...
