TO THE EDITOR:

It’s difficult to understand why some people think the way they do!

You know that the10 poorest cities in the U.S., according to our census bureau, habitually elect Democrats. Yet, they are still “poor.”

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich. You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong...” - Abraham Lincoln.

We are entering another costly unnecessary election at the behest of the Democrats. For what? To provide unbridled power to the unions?

Why would taxpaying citizens of this state want this to happen?

Businesses do not pay taxes — people do.

All the people I speak with want their taxes reduced and rightly so.

Then you should know what to do in the upcoming election.
