TO THE EDITOR:

The Salvation Army Red Kettle bell-ringing campaign will begin on Friday, Nov. 22nd. For the five weekends prior to Christmas, plus December 23rd and 24th, volunteers will ring bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle campaign at Market Fresh, Walgreens, and Webster’s Marketplace.

In addition, beginning in mid-November a number of Ripon stores will have counter kettles allowing you to donate while shopping at those stores. New this year, a Salvation Army QR Code that will allow you to process your donation electronically through the Salvation Army’s secure website.

We ask that you be generous in making donations when you pass one of the Red Kettles. ...

If you would be able to ring bells on any of the five weekends, or on the extra shifts we would like to schedule, please contact me at 748-4145 or ssauerbrei@webstersunited.com, and you will be scheduled into a date, time slot, and location to ring bells. ...
