To the Editor:

Kopplin & Kinas, you should be ashamed. You know the special nature of Green Lake and of Mitchell’s Glen. Why endanger them to mine near those fragile ecosystems? Money, that’s why.

Forget the permanent damage. The gravel is closer to the surface here. You are surrounded by other quarries. Please rethink this.

Your good name will be forever connected with the harm done.
