Why is Wisconsin working so hard to find alternatives to funding on things like our roads, schools, and infrastructure?

Because the funding plan in Wisconsin has collapsed and the plan to fill the funding gaps with so called “tools” continues to fail.

While the Legislature starts their march to disagree with Scott Walker’s plan to repair our infrastructure, they are as much at fault as Scott is of why we are in this predicament in the first place.

They supported it! What are the alternative solutions offered to fix this? Tolls? ...
