Green Lake inches forward with teacher compensation plan revamp

The Green Lake School Board took another small step toward reworking the district’s teacher compensation plan.

During its meeting last week Wednesday, the board partially approved goals for a committee to review compensation. ...

As board member Marty Valasek was absent, the board held off on the disbursement plan and the long-term goals, while approving the other immediate goals.

“I’d really like to have Marty present,” board President Meade Grim said. “... He’d string me up otherwise.”
