Between COVID-19 and Mother Nature deciding to let it snow, trick-or-treating was more trick than treat this afternoon (Sunday) in Ripon.

Watson Street, which is normally packed, was a shadow of itself, with significantly fewer trick-or-treaters and maybe 10 houses handing out candy or having candy out to grab to avoid face-to-face contact during the pandemic.
