Driving up, East Town Development might not look like much more than open fields and a pseudo-lake ... at least right now.
One can reach it on Ripon’s east side by pulling from Highway 23 Street onto Eastgate Street, whereby one can reach Parkside Street. Parkside, however, isn’t much more than a stub today, paved only a couple dozen yards in either direction.
But it’s not going to stay that way.
Creators of East Town Development are ready for new construction, and believe Ripon’s newest development is poised for success.
Mixing such factors as an improving economy with a good location off a major thoroughfare means much opportunity for growth, according to its developers.
