Melanie Oppor, Ripon Area School District curriclum director and assessment coordinator, is one of three finalists to be Lomira’s superintendent of schools.

The former principal of Ripon Middle School and Murray Park Elementary School will participate in a public forum Tuesday, April 5 at Lomira High School.

Other finalists include principals from Valders and Slinger. Lomira’s School Board will meet in closed session April 5 to conduct final interviews.

The board will either choose its superintendent that evening or announce its selection at its regular meeting on Wednesday, April 13.
