The Ripon Girl Scout Troops are collecting health and personal hygiene products to provide families with everyday essentials needed for good health and to stretch their wages to meet other needs.

Collection boxes will be available Monday, March 20 to Sunday, March 26 at Webster’s Marketplace, 1188 West Fond du Lac St., and Horicon Bank, 400 Watson St.

The list of unopened items to donate includes shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash or bar soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, dental floss, menstrual products, deodorant, razors, shaving cream, hairbrushes, combs, lip balm, lotion and resealable gallon-size bags.

The Ripon Girl Scouts are learning that there are many reasons why someone might be struggling financially and/or emotionally.

Girl Scouts value the difference people can make in the lives of other. Donations will provide hope to families in need and show that the community cares about them.
