Neva B. Kegel (nee McLaughlin) passed away July 20, 2011 in Milwaukee, Wis. She was a 1938 Ripon High School graduate.

Neva is survived by two children, Neva Lee Swenson and Anthony Kegel; three grandchildren, Randall, Kristin and Lauren; three great grandchildren, Madeline, Kylie and Sophie; and best friend and partner, Earl Wood. She was preceeded in death by husband, Dr. Anthony J. Kegel and children, Joseph and Ruth Ann.

Neva worked with Earl on the POW MIA Mission, was a tournament bridge player and a member of the Shamrock Club, Ancient Order of Hibernians and National Alliance of Families.

A memorial gathering was held Saturday, July 23, at St. Mary’s Visitation Parish, 1260 Church Street, Elm Grove, Wis., from 9 a.m. until the Memorial Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.
