Ruth H. Stewart, age 87, of Berlin, passed away on Monday, March 26, 2018 at Patriot Place Assisted Living in Berlin, WI. Ruth was born on July 10, 1930 in Antigo, WI the daughter of Henry and Marion (Best) Pohlman.

She was united in marriage to Robert W. Stewart on June 30, 1951 in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on September 14, 1997. Ruth and her husband, Robert owned and operated Lakeview Lanes bowling alley in Pewaukee, WI for many years. She adored her family and loved spending time with them.

Ruth is survived by her children: Colleen (Fiancée, Robert Escher) Johnson of Nashotah, Ann (Randy) Williams of Dousman, Michael Stewart of Eagle, Patricia (Clay) Books of Wisconsin Rapids, and Ellen (Shawn) Fravel of Ripon; two sisters: Betty Wanta and Maryann (Tom) Morden; daughters-in-law: Barbara (Ned) Antonopoulos and Lori Stewart; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; two sons: John and Jeffrey Stewart; and three sisters: Johnny Kunkel, Margaret (Rudy) Klein, and Doris (Robert) Quesnell.

Per the wishes of Ruth, she will be cremated. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00PM on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon with Pastor Adam Utecht officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 11:00AM until the time of the service. Interment will be held at Highland Memorial Park in New Berlin, WI. Divine Passage Funeral Home in Ripon is proudly serving the family.
