The event will take place Monday, Nov. 16 to Sunday, Nov. 20 during American Education Week.

Communicated through a central platform, social media channels, email, direct mail and phone solicitations, #RiponRoar Days will encourage parents, alumni, friends and community members to make a gift and share what they cherish about Ripon schools.

Funds raised throughout the event will support the foundation’s program fund. The program fund provides teaching and learning grants, along with tutoring scholarships and other grants that expand student learning in the Ripon Area School District.

The goal of #RiponRoar Days is to engage at least 226 individual donors — representing one gift for each staff member in the Ripon Area School District.

The organization has sought the support of its traditional sponsors and lead donors to establish a group designated as “Game Changers.” Their gifts will be used to inspire donors to give and serve as matching gift challenges throughout the donation days to motivate parents, alumni, friends and community members to support #RiponRoar Days. With the support of Game Changers, organizers believe #RiponRoar Days has the potential to motivate the Ripon community in a profound and innovative way.

In addition to opportunities to participate that will be shared via the foundation’s social media efforts, donors may participate by visiting

Donations made online will be processed through the foundation’s partnership with GiveCampus, in association with its fund-management partners at the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation. Contributions may be tax deductible. They may be mailed to the foundation at PO Box 395, Ripon, WI 54971.
