Ripon High School boys' soccer team kicks off practice (11).JPG

The final alternative fall sports season kicked off Monday afternoon as the Ripon High School boys’ soccer team began practice.

The Tigers are coming off a season where it tied for the most overall wins in program history (13) and set school records for wins in a regular season (13), goals scored (61) and goals allowed (28). They will have their work cut out for them as they lost their top-two goal scorers in Jordan Whitrock and Tyler Granados. The duo accounted for 33 of the 61 goals.

Ripon does return its starting goalkeeper from last year in Liam Gilfillan, as well as several defenders and attackers who made an impact last season.

Ripon will begin its season Tuesday, March 30 when it hosts Campbellsport at 4 p.m. at Ingalls Field.
