Slicing through the competition

Jesse Ehrenberg cuts through two defenders.

It wasn’t easy, but the Tiger boys kept their conference title hopes alive with a win at Waupaca Tuesday night.

After trailing at the half, Ripon turned things around in the second half on its way to a 45-38 victory. The Tigers improved to 9-4 in conference while Waupaca dropped to 1-12.

The Comets scored the first eight points of the game and kept the lead throughout the first half. Ripon stayed in the game and cut the lead to one at the half.
