Tiger wrestlers fought hard during a home match last week Thursday against Berlin.
But gutsy efforts translated into only three wins as the team lost 47-17.
“We knew going in that we were facing a good team,” coach Mark Bradley said. “I felt that we would have to wrestle flawless to get a win.”
Although he didn’t get the flawless effort, Bradley said he was pleased with his wrestlers’ performances.
“We needed to win some that we didn’t get,” he said. “But, it wasn’t because of effort — we wrestled well.”
