People of all ages and bikes of all sizes are welcome Sunday, June 5 when Trinity Evangelical Free Church and the Ripon Police Department host the seventh-annual Community Bike Rodeo and Tuneup Clinic.

The event runs from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Barlow Park.

Guests may enjoy sack lunches provided by Webster’s Marketplace Deli, while Trinity Evangelical Free Church family and friends pump up tires, lube chains, adjust brakes and raise seats for kids who have grown.

In addition, the Bike Rodeo will include an obstacle training course and lawn games. Children who wear their helmets to the Bike Rodeo will receive a gift. A bounce house also will be part of the event.

Free bike helmets and high-visibility ankle bands will be distributed while supplies last to children who don’t have them.

Attendees also may register to win one of five new bikes.

Trinity Church will host a Worship in the Park prior to the event at 10 a.m.
