Town Square Poetry workshop

Does your child have a gift of storytelling? Are they looking for a creative outlet?

The Town Square Community Center is hosting a children’s poetry workshop Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

“This in-person, hands-on poetry and art workshop for children is a Thursday evening, socially-distanced class, from March 4-25, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with a one-time fee of $20 per child for all four classes,” Town Square’s website says. “These are open to any school-aged children.”

Children possess abundant creativity, which often defies classification. By combining text and illustrations, entire artistic worlds open up. The class aims to be fun, challenging, and educational.
